KAUFMAN–Kaufman County Master Gardeners will host a Spring Seminar, “Farming by the Yard,” at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at the First Baptist Church in Forney.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and is $5 per person. Pre-registration is encouraged.
Event features information and vendor booths, plant sale and a silent auction. Light refreshments will be served.
Topics include Backyard Chickens presented by Jeff Raska, Trees for North Texas by Master Gardener Sam Keats and Edible Landscapes by Master Gardener Dianne Kaufman.
The First Baptist Church is located at 1003 FM 741 (College Avenue) in Forney.
