Stockman was born Jan. 13, 1956, in Washington DC, to Norma Lee (Parish) and Otis Dee Stockman, and died March 18, 2013, in Longview.
He had a very joyous soul and enjoyed reminiscing about the good times. He was always ready to dance and pick at a guitar. There was never a dull moment when he was around.
He enjoyed being with his family and friends. His favorite thing to do was help anyone he could, even if he had to walk 10 miles to do it.
There wasn’t anything that he couldn’t fix. His smile and laugh will always live on. He was a very happy and loving man who was always smiling and had something to talk about.
He was self-employed for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father, stepmother Kay Stockman, stepfather Bill Parish, grandparents Lydia Jane Stockman, Willie Elizabeth and Alvie Lee Ables, aunts JoAnn McLane and Donna Sosabee and his nephew, Jeremy Lynn Gunn.
