Wall was born in San Augustine to Maggie (Pike) and George Wall.
He lived in Dallas for most of his life, moving to Cedar Creek Lake after retirement.
He served as a U.S. Army Air Corps cook during World War II.
He was celebrating his 5th year as a Master Mason, a member of the James Ladd Burgess Masonic Lodge 1305, charter member of Aubrey Earl Hope Lodge 1446 and an Endowed Member of the Dallas Lodge of Perfection, Chapter of Rose Croix, Council of Kadosh. He was also a member of the Consistory of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.
He was a dedicated member of the Sharon Shrine Temple and was known as “Circus Daddy” for his sponsorship of underprivileged children.
He enjoyed being around the lake, fishing, or taking his children and their friends water skiing during the summer.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Betty, his parents, brother Sedford Wall and grandson Timmy Wall.
Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Stephens and husband George of Tool; sons Tim Wall and wife Robin of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Ken Wall and wife Raquel of Mexico; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; many other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made in his name t ot he Scottish Rite Temple.
