Services for Jimmie Daniel Campbell, 86, of Mabank, are set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Eubank Cedar Creek Memorial Chapel in Mabank, with Rev. Andre Ward officiating.
Campbell was born June 9, 1926, in Bono, to Eunice and Daniel Hayden Campbell and died Jan. 24, 2013.
He served in the United States Army and worked for Vought Aircraft, where he was a production foreman and group leader. He was a Baptist by faith, and enjoyed golfing, being a mechanic, building things and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and three sisters.
Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Gloria Campbell, of Mabank; adopted daughter Sue Davis and husband Charles of Payne Springs; adopted son Michael Pavatt and wife Kathy of Seven Points; other loving family members and many friends.
