Eustace Bulldogs receive All-District 7-2A Div. I honors

EUSTACE–In the wake of another strong season for the Eustace Bulldogs, a host of players were named to the All-District 7-2A Div. I football team.
Adam Carson was named as the co-Utility Player of the Year, along with Quitman’s Ethan Callahan.
Kyle Purselley was named co-Defensive Lineman of the Year, along with Malakoff’s Keonte Ross.
Purselley was also named as the first team kicker.
Running back Jalen Seahorn, fullback Tyler Folsom, tight end Ramon Ramirez and offensive liineman Thomas Hyde were offensive first team selections.
Defensive lineman Zach Hughes, linebacker Nathan Denson and secondary player John Bradburn were all defensive first team picks.
Hughes was also named a second team offensive lineman.
Linebacker Abed Abuhatub and secondary player Steven Stine were named to the defensive second team.
Offensive lineman Ridge Smith and quarterback Ryan Brown received offensive honorable mentions.
Secondary players Gavin Kirkhart and Corbin Nielson received defensive honorable mentions.
