SEVEN POINTS–The Family Resource Center of Seven Points has moved to a new and larger location at 206 N. Seven Points Blvd.
The center simply outgrew the former Gibson’s Shopping Center facility and is now able to offer more than before, including high-quality furniture and a year-round Christmas store.
Family Resource Center manager Jerry Ferrell says lower prices have been introduced and customers will be surprised at the quality of the clothing sold in the new store. “If we won’t wear it, we won’t sell it,” is their motto.
Revenues generated by the centers in Seven Points and Gun Barrel City go directly to those less fortunate in our communities.
The Family Resource Center helps citizens pay utility bills, buy prescription medication and medical supplies. The center also supplies clothing, food and back-to-school supplies as well as assists those struck by personal tragedy in many ways.
The holiday season is approaching, and the Family Resource Center needs both goods and cash donations to fill Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets.
“Please help us help others,” Ferrell pleads.
Donations may be made at either the Seven Points or Gun Barrel City location, which is 107 Spring Valley in the Tamarack Subdivision, just east of the intersection of state highways 334 and 198.
